New Year Eve'07 -We spent our new year eve at The Regents Hotel. We attended the annual DND organised by Tengah Airbase. Got to know one of lao gong junior who seems like a jovial guy, according to lao gong he cant stop chatting! Lolz! As usual, dnd includes some programs, dance, singing etc. For singing n dance portion, they invited an artiste from movie 881. In the end the performance sounds like some seventh mth performance. Heez.. but still quite entertaining. The 1st dish served was the salad king prawns, covered in rich mayonnise. That's the best dish for the entire nite. Haha. Fresh n nice. My appetite was so gd n ate a little more than usual. We countdown together and everyone started to dance except for our side (mostly sat down n refused to budge). That was the 1st time we danced together too, though was a short one but felt so gd dancing together. Lao gong, muz admit that ur dance move is quite beng leh...heez.... =p but got the grove lah. After dnd, lao gong sent me home. And on the way back, i suggested to get a drink somewhere, and since we were nearing newton circus, we decided to try finding the newton circus market. It was not hard to find at all, as it was surrounded by the various lightings. We had satay, sugarcane juice and bbq stingray. 1st time we went there for supper too. During our dating period, we went to few places and stick to these few only, tats probably the reason why we still haf so many places tat we din go before. Tinking of it, we did not go clubbing b4, did not go pulau ubin to cycle b4, haven visit zoo together etc. I had read somewhere in an article that a couple need to do some activites to create the sparkles n rekindle their relationship no matter how long they had been together, be it dating / married status. Its gd advice for relationship n we shld do tat too! =D 2008 is a special year for us, as we will be stepping into another phase in life...ROM--->Feb, Wedding Photo Shoots----> May, Customary----> Sept and mayb Detachment trip ---> Oct. Heard from others that during prep, a couple tends to quarrel, so I hope we wont end up arguing abt marriage stuff! Alrite! Cheers and hope 2008 is a gd year for all of us! =) Yeah.
